Laputa reaches milestone in Japan!

Studio Ghibli's fantastic adventure from 1987, Laputa Castle in the Sky has just reached a milestone this week by remaining in the Oricon Top 300 sales charts for 200 straight weeks! Laputa joins the ranks of My Neighbour Totoro which currently has been in the charts for 242 weeks.

Oricon is Japan's official sales charts. Laputa: Castle in the Sky is available now on DVD from Madman Entertainment.
