Anime market worth 233.9billion Yen!

The Anime News Service is reporting that The Media Development Research Institue has determined that Japan's anime market in 2005 was worth an estimated 233.9 billion Yen! According to the report this is is a growth from 2004 which saw a market size worth 225.7 billion Yen.

For the years between 1995 and 2000, the market only grew from 150 billion Yen to 160 Billion Yen.
