Kahoko Hino didn't ask to be special. She studies in the General Education Faculty in Seiso Academy and has no involvement with the prestigious Music Faculty. But owing to a bizarre incident involving a fairy, a violin and a strange campus myth, she's been shoved into the spotlight as the only Gen. Ed. student taking part (unwillingly) in the school's music concours.
