Fullmetal Alchemist Manga named number 1 manga of 2005!
In a recently released chart of the top 100 comic and graphic novels sold in the USA, FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST Volume 1 has come out on top beating out other rivals such as NARUTO, Sin City and Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.
Fruits Basket (Manga) Shoots to the Top of the Charts!
FRUITS BASKET Volume 14 recently reached number 24 on the USA Today overall top booklist, making it the highest ranked manga ever on the list.
Anime Market Worth ¥233.9 billion!
The Media Development Research Institute has determined that Japan's anime market in 2005 was worth an estimated 233.9 billion yen! According to the report this has grown from 2004 which saw a market size worth 225.7 billion yen.
Laputa Reaches Milestone in Japan!
