Gainax’s latest offering makes its debut this month – the action packed, fan service infused THIS UGLY YET BEAUTIFUL WORLD. It’s their 20th Anniversary release so, gosh darn it, if you like Gainax (MAHOROMATIC, NEON GENESIS EVANGELION,) this is the show for you. And speaking of fan service, GODANNAR is also “busting” (get it?) onto the scene. It’s a husband-and-wife pair of giant robot pilots, plus a whole lotta complications! Naturally, we’ve also got some new boxsets and the subsequents of great new shows like BASILISK. Read on, merry Madman, for more. Hopefully those’ll whet your appetite for ’07. Believe you me, I’ve got plenty of rabbits in my hat, tricks up my sleeve and giant robots in my garage to surprise y’all throughout the year.
