halo legends community playdate report + winners

Last week’s Halo Legends Community Playdate on Xbox Live was a huge success.  Madman staff got together with anime fans and gamers to play Halo 3.  There were frags galore as we played a series of big team battles.  Over 100 players filled MadmanLive01‘s friends list or joined on the night, and each match had 16 players at once battling in two teams each time, lots of mayhem.

We had such a big response that we ran 3 matches concurrently and cycled new players in every two matches, which meant we got to explore plenty of the Halo 3 maps.

Thanks to all the players for making it a great night.  Everyone was positive, polite and encouraging.  The name of the game was fun and sportsmanship, though thats not to say there weren’t some talented players showing the way with top skills as well as great communication, letting their team know where the next shot was coming from!

After recieving feedback from players on the night nominating their fellow gamers for good play and good attitudes, we’re pleased to announce the following five winners of HALO LEGENDS.  Each of you will receive a message soon to arrange your prize.
