The first round of the Madman National Cosplay Championship 2011 took place over the weekend at Supanova Expo in Brisbane. With record crowds and also the news that the finals will also be held in Brisbane in November, there was a lot of excited people in attendance.

Event Wrap-Up
Six entries competed for the first spot of the finals and they certainly did not disapoint featuring entries from series’ such as .HACK, TACTICS, BLACK ROCK SHOOTER and more. Here’s a summary of the 3 place getters.
