The nominations for the Annie Awards in the US have been announced. these awards for Animated features and television programmes covers all genres and once again, the irreverent, plasticine abusing, toy murdering [adult swim] comedy ROBOT CHICKEN has been nominated.
This time the nomination was for the upcoming ROBOT CHICKEN STAR WARS III – the third official parody of the galaxy far far away. The nominations were in the categories of Character Animation in a Television Production, Music in a Television Production, and Writing in a Television Production.
So well done Seth Green, Matthew Senreich and the Shadowmachine crew. Our little Jawa fingers are crossed for you.
ROBOT CHICKEN STAR WARS III airs in the US on December 16 and will be released on DVD in 2011.
