MADMAN ENTERTAINMENT wishes to advise all customers that the DVD version of ROBOT CHICKEN STAR WARS 3 on DVD (MMA1982) contains a technical error that prevents a 9 minute segment from the program from being played. Essentially, Chapter 2 on the DVD is skipped automatically by players.
Madman apologises unreservedly and is issuing a withdrawal of the product.
We regret the inconvenience caused and are working as rapidly as possible to reissue the DVD edition of ROBOT CHICKEN STAR WARS 3 so that the missing sequence will play correctly.
Customers will be able to exchange for replacement copies which will be made available in approximately 3 weeks.
Copies should be returned to the Place of Purchase.
If it is not possible to return to Place of Purchase then customers can contact order@madman.com.au for assistance.
HOW TO VIEW THE MISSING SEGMENT: It is possible to view the missing sequence by viewing the DVD using the “CHICKEN NUGGETS” feature. There will be icon popups during the sequence, but the content can be viewed normally this way until the new disc is issued.
The two missing clips will also be viewable free on www.adultswimdvd.com.au
*Please Note that The Blu-Ray version, MMA1982BR, is completely unaffected*
