We're looking for a IT System & Infrastructure Manager with experience in cloud migration to lead our transition from on-premises to cloud operations. As IT System & Infrastructure Manager, your responsibilities will be to:
Administer and support Madman's IT systems
Work with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to design and execute cloud migration strategies and solutions
Manage the migration of internal applications, data, and other components to a cloud-based infrastructure

Extensive experience in cloud migration projects and IT System management
Experience administering systems with Exchange & Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux and Mac; backup & disaster recovery solutions
Experience with high capacity on-premises & cloud storage solutions

Build and maintain a CMSs for Madman websites, films and events
Build and customize stores for anime, film and merchandise sales across multiple channels using platforms such as Shopify
Develop back-end integrations with our finance and order fulfilment systems
Synchronize data between back-end systems and online databases via ETL
Build data feeds and integrations to support sales in external marketplaces
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize online stores and website performance

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your responsibilities will be to:
Resolve internal and external client reporting enquiries via the reports service desk
Build and maintain reports and troubleshoot existing reports and queries
Ensure BI and royalty reports are delivered to internal and external stakeholders accurately and on time each month
Ad hoc data extraction, manipulation & analysis for the purpose of insights and recommendations.
Ensure successful completion of overnight ETL and SQL jobs, and troubleshoot any issues
Maintain current databases, reporting servers
Deliver accurate, ongoing analysis of data for Madman's home entertainment and distribution businesses from a variety of sources
Drive the collection, cleansing, merging and management of customer data from various sources across the business
Assist with resolving technical issues for users around the business
Our ideal candidate will have:
Strong SQL programming skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries (SQL Server, MySQL)
Outstanding data extraction and manipulation skills from a variety of sources
Experience maintaining and designing reports using a reporting tool such as Jaspersoft, Crystal Reports or SSRS
Proven ability to transform large, complex and raw datasets into clear and actionable insights
High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
