KOFFIA is Koming

The Korean Film Festival in Australia (KOFFIA) is back for its 7th year and it’s bigger than ever. The most celebrated annual festival in Australia to showcase the very best and latest in Korean cinema, KOFFIA has everything from blockbusters guaranteed to put you on the edge of your seat, to arthouse delights and heart-warming rom-coms - there’s something in the line-up for everyone!


Presented by the Korean Cultural Centre Australia and Samsung, this year’s festival promises ‘a new taste in film’!

The theme this year is Gujoelpan, a traditional dish incorporating the wrapping of several ingredients to make ONE wholesome flavour. KOFFIA celebrates the coming together of diverse genres and types of Korean film and encourages all enthusiasts of film to feast their eyes to a new delicacy that is Korean film!

Featuring a complement of 20 features and 4 guest visit sessions, the festival will see over 80 screenings take place across Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide.
