Product Recall: Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind Part 1 Blu-ray

We are aware of a reported issue with this disc and are currently working on a replacement

Customers who have purchased a copy of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind Part 1 on Blu-Ray may be experiencing difficulties in playing back disc 1 of this release. After investigation it is believed that an unknown error was introduced during the authoring processing of this disc causing the glitching of menus.

A replacement disc is currently in production and will be available in the coming weeks for you to exchange. If you have an affected disc please email: with the following:

A photo or image of your receipt / proof of purchase of the product.

Please note that it will take several weeks for a replacement to be made available, and with the Christmas period among us, shipping of the replacement disc may be delayed.

Madman Anime Group wishes to apologies for any inconvenience this has caused for affected customers. Please rest assured that we have now put in place a new procedure to ensure this type of error does not occur again in the future.
