During your stay in Sigüenza, don’t miss the Romanesque and Gothic architecture of the Cathedral of Sigüenza. From there, it’s a short walk to Nöla, a gastronomic dream located in another of the medieval city’s most emblematic buildings, Casa del Doncel – home of the 15th-century Castilian noble Martín Vázquez de Arce, who is now interred in the cathedral, and one of the most enduring icons of the region’s deep historical roots.
