Format:

The contest is open to Australian residents only. You may enter as an  individual or as a team of two (2).  Entry is only open to costumes that are from anime, manga or a Japanese video game. You must also perform a skit as part of your entry. You will be required to submit a portfolio containing your previous cosplay experience as well as documentation of the costume that you will be competing with in the contest via email to cosplay@madman.com.au. Please use the forms below and follow the format and instructions in the documents.

If approved you will compete at a qualifying round in the event of your choice and compete for a place at the grand final event held at Supanova Expo Brisbane – November 9-11, 2012. 5 qualifiers as well as up to 5 wild card entries will compete in the final event in November. A new costume and skit must be created for the grand final event.
