Brisbane Anime Society - BAS


The Brisbane Anime Society holds 2 screenings a month at the Gardens Point campus of the Qld University of Technology (QUT). Screenings alternate between Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons which provides 2 concurrently running schedules covering a wide variety of anime styles. Other club benefits/activities include a video borrowing library, raffles, Japanese drinks & snacks, and social outings.

Griffith Anime Society - GAS (Griffith University Gold Coast Campus)


Established in 2001, GAS serves the Gold Coast region and Griffith University students with quality discussions, screenings, and special events on all things Anime, Manga & Games. We are a vibrant community over 300 strong on Facebook. We hold weekly screenings, monthly movie nights, dinners, special events and we have just released our new membership card with exclusive offers. JCU Society of Manga, Anime & Gaming (SoMAG)


The JCU Anime Club was established in 2008 at the James Cook University Douglas Campus in Townsville. We hold screenings every Wednesday at 7PM. Membership is $10 per year for students which gives you access to our screenings and discounts from our sponsors. We hold a Cosplay event twice per year on the Friday after lecture recess each semester.

QUT Anime & Manga Society (QAAM)


The QUT Anime & Manga Society (QAAM) was founded in 2012 with the aim of providing students studying at QUT with a safe and welcoming social environment to discuss anime, manga and other topics through hosting events such as movie nights and social evenings. Since then, QAAM has evolved beyond the realms of anime and manga; and now spans the entirety of the university as not only an anime and manga hub, but as a holistic social society. QAAM is an affiliate club of the Queensland University of Technology Guild.

USQ - Addicited to Anime


Addicted To Anime is based at the University of Southern Queensland. Since 2002 we have spread the good word through the community. Membership is $5 students, $10 non students. Proudly providing Anime and Manga fixes in conjuction with Kaboom Comics.
