Just an update on the situation at hand. As you may have seen the website has rolled back to a back up from about a week ago, some users are reporting that their orders are not showing up on their account. This does not mean that your order is lost, please read the following very carefully:
1. If you placed an order between the 6th and 11th using a credit card or via Paypal and had made payment prior to 10am yesterday, your order will go through automatically and will be processed without hassle.
2. If you placed an order between the 6th and 11th using BPay or Australia Post Money Order please reply to your automated invoice email. Our web sales team will be more than happy to process your order manually, be aware however that there will be delays in processing your order due to the sheer amount of extra orders and extra time that this process takes.
3. If you did NOT receive an automated email but still paid for the order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a refund.
Shipping / processing time.
Please allow for 3-4 business days for us to process through your orders. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME! Shipping time is calculated after the 3-4 business day processing time and will get to you at the regular Australia Post delivery guidelines. Please remember that we do not work on weekends, so do not expect your order to arrive at your doorstep today. (Yes, we’ve had a few people ask where their order was already -_-)
